Therapy

-
Rehabilitate: To restore a person to their normal health or activity using medical treatment and therapy.
If you’ve become disabled due to illness or injury and you need rehabilitation, we may be able to help restore you to your normal state of health.
Our goal is to assist you or your loved one to reach their highest level of independence as quickly as possible. The majorities of our residents return home or to a lower level or care. However, the continuity of care doesn’t stop with in-house rehabilitation. Once you are discharged home, you can continue using the same therapist you worked with on an outpatient basis here at our facility.
